About the Spadina Therapy Centre

The Spadina Therapy Centre is conveniently located at 37 Spadina Road, just north of the Bloor/Spadina subway station, on the east side of the street. It has existed at this location since 1989. We provide a wholistic practice, including psychotherapy for all ages and types of people, couple counselling, emotional body work, and massage therapy.

We are housed in a large brick house, with warm and comfortable offices. Our therapists offer a safe, respectful and non-judgemental place to explore whatever the issues are that bring you to therapy.

When you call the Spadina Therapy Centre your call will be returned by one of our therapists. They will talk to you about your concerns, and will ask you some questions to help them make a referral to one of our 16 therapists.

The types of questions you might be asked are:

Why are you seeking therapy? The interviewer will ask you for a general idea of the nature of your difficulties and concerns so that we can refer you to a suitable therapist.
Would you prefer to work with a male or female therapist?
What days and times of day are best for you?
Do you want a gay or lesbian therapist?
Would you like to do your therapy in French?
