The right therapist for "me" is the one who, beyond being competent, fosters in me a progressive deepening of my trust in "our" process and, ultimately, in "myself".

Welcome to the Spadina Therapy Centre, a place of healing for the last 25 years. I would be honoured to meet with you to discuss your needs and objectives, and to then either personally accompany you on your healing journey or refer you to one of my trusted and very skilled colleagues should it feel more appropriate. I have worked as a psychotherapist for over 15 years and have also been deeply involved in community mental health for more than 20 years. I might be able to help.
